Reports To: Recruiting Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt/Full-time
Location/Travel: Remote, preferably in Texas, will support clinic locations across TX
Job Summary:
The Recruiter at Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day recruitment for our clinic locations. Working in a fast-paced, growing organization, this position is focused on supporting the growth and development of each clinic location. This position will involve full cycle recruiting and supporting HR operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment to ensure staffing goals are achieved at all clinic locations
- Provide excellent customer service to hiring managers and clinic leadership
- Source both active and passive candidates through our ATS, job boards, professional organizations, and social media
- Interview candidates to ensure meeting hiring managers needs and make recommendations for next steps
- Complete all administrative duties required in full cycle recruitment to provide an excellent candidate experience
- Make data driven recommendations for process improvements in the human resources department
- Complete all compliance requirements such as background checks

Education and Experience:
Required
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 2+ years recruiting experience
- Must have strong background with compliance (federal, state, local laws)
- Experience using job boards and social networks to develop pipeline of candidates
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, ATS)
Preferred
- 1+ years of experience with clinic operations, behavioral analysis or staffing
- Experience working in a growing organization
- Effective negotiating skills
- Experience working in a data driven environment
- Understands recruitment metrics and can use them for process improvements
