Job Summary and Job Functions

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism in working to establish rapport with all clients
  • Maintain direct communication with clients to ensure smooth flow of project operations
  • Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets related to projects 
  • Offer Support and Customer Service to our online clients
  • Work together, as part of an inclusive team, to meet and exceed individual & company sales goals
  • Meet clients’ specifications and business goals
  • Align with and believe in the company core values: We Say Yes, We Hustle, We Think Bigger, We Keep Promises, We Build People Up

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools; Salesforce preferred
  • Understand and follow department standards and processes with attention to detail
  • Highly effective in workflow prioritization and queue management; ambitious to see projects through from inception to completion 
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills
  • Relentless passion to delight our customers and work as a team that is committed to achieving team goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as listening skills, communicates respectfully with others 
  • Demonstrates effective teamwork, conflict resolution skills and relationship building internally and externally
  • Trusted as someone who will do what they say they will do
  • Welcomes opportunities to make innovative changes in process and policy
  • Approaches work with enthusiasm, maintains a positive outlook and is self-reliant
  • Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment and have ability to multi-task
  • Print industry experience a bonus
  • Available to work extended hours, evenings, and occasional weekends, as needed

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Office environment working atmosphere
  • Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments 
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods  
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another 
  • Communicating with others to exchange information 
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Performing and assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness work 
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
  • Light work that includes moving or adjusting objects up to 20 pounds
