Status: Full-time Seasonal hourly (Non-exempt)

As the Warehouse Receiver at A-Basin, you are responsible for all F&B deliveries to ensure accuracy according to the invoice and storage location of product. These responsibilities include helping put away orders as well as ensuring proper storage of all perishable and non-perishable items in F&B outlets.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Check in all F&B deliveries accurately based on invoices
  • Load bins for daily deliveries to on-mountain F&B outlets; coordinate with on-mountain departments for delivery of bins
  • Unload bins of recycling, compost, and linens daily
  • Rotate all stocked items using first-in, first-out inventory system on a daily basis
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and all F&B storage areas on a daily basis
  • Safely operate company vehicles
  • Order non-perishable items for the A-Frame
  • Assist with monthly inventory
  • Assist with kitchen operations including: prepping, working stations, and/or washing dishes
  • Maintain access to dock areas including: shoveling snow, removing trash, etc. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements:

  • Prior F&B experience
  • Previous kitchen experience - preferred
  • Computer knowledge – MS Office, Excel, purchasing software - preferred

Skills Required:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to keep focus in a crowded setting
  • Strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to withstand high-altitude conditions at all times
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.    
  • Ability to use full range of motion: bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, throwing, carrying 
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time  

Other Requirements:

  • Must be available to work on weekends and holidays

Work Environment:

  • You will work almost 100% of the time in a kitchen setting in a high-altitude environment. Some outside work in a cold and snowy environment is possible on any given day. Most work is performed in a highly trafficked area while working closely with other kitchen employees. Riding a chairlift may be required for certain work locations.
