As our new Call Center Sales Agent/Team Lead you will enjoy a competitive base salary, plus commission earnings.  We're looking for a seasoned Call Center Sales Agent/Team Lead (Canton/Akron Area or Remote) to join our organization! The ideal candidate has recent call center experience generating sales and will represent Schumacher Homes as the first point of contact with the goal of setting price quotes or model visits. In addition, this role will take on varied Team Lead duties. We are looking for a dynamic leader!


As our new Call Center Sales Agent/Team Lead you will enjoy a competitive base salary, plus commission earnings. The position will work four 8-hour days to include Friday and Saturday, and one 4-hour day Sunday to meet customer needs.

Requirements
  • Previous high volume Call Center Sales experience inbound or outbound required, preferred Team Lead experience.
  • Proven leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Call Center software, technology, CRM, and reporting.
  • Results oriented. Mindset to achieve goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to commute to office location as needed.
