Job Title: Mascot

We are looking for an energetic individual who wants to contribute to a fun atmosphere to join our team and perform as the Quick Quack Car Wash Mascot, Quackals! The Mascot will perform various tasks from sign holding to dancing, while wearing the suit of the Quick Quack Car Wash Mascot. This person must be outgoing and willing to work various hours. Our mission is to be fast, clean and loved, everywhere! We value our team members, and realize if we love them our customers will love us.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs at grand opening events and other Quick Quack Car Wash promotions and community engagements.
• Respectfully interacts with team members, customers and members of the community.
• Creates excitement around the Quick Quack Car Wash brand by dancing, standing, waving and sign holding in the mascot suit at events.
• Creates routines for promotional entertainment.
• Distributes Quick Quack promotional items designed to help increase customer awareness.
• Represents Quick Quack Car Wash in a professional and appropriate manner at all times, inside and outside of the suit.
• Creates new entertainment and works along side the marketing Team to innovate new and fun ways to promote the brand.
• Cares for and maintains general cleanliness of mascot suit.
• Transports suit as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the ability to stay motivated while performing repetitive tasks.
• Commitment to teamwork as well as individual responsibilities.
• Ability to work untraditional hours in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, dance, crouch and perform various movements in Mascot suit.
• Ability to sustain long periods of time outdoors, in various weather conditions in Mascot suit.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
