The Coach is committed to honoring Christ by preparing students to live fully for God in a rapidly changing world, knowing they are His masterpieces, uniquely designed for His purpose. The Coach ensures that the learning environment is Christian-based, nurturing, wholesome and loving.

RESPONSIBILITES

· Plan and conduct a 1.5 hour practice session, 2 days per week on either Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday

· Coach 2 games per week

· Distribute and collect team uniforms

· Communicate with players and parents about expectations of our program

· Create a positive environment for all players

· Work closely and in collaboration with the Athletic Director

· Respect professional ethics that require confidentiality

· Follow procedures as set by Athletic Director

POSITION TYPE: Seasonal (January - March)

HOURS: 3:30pm - 5pm

SALARY: Stipend for the season

QUALIFICATIONS

· A growing and evident commitment to Jesus Christ and a Biblical lifestyle that exhibits conduct consistent with CHC’s Essentials of Faith 

· High School Diploma or higher 

· Previous coaching experience is preferred
