Partnership Services Manager - Teall Properties Group

The Teall Properties Group (TPG) division of Teall Capital Partners was created in 2018 to serve as the arm for the high school market. TPG believes in the high school student-athlete experience and how it positively shapes our next generation. It is our mission to support this cause by connecting its community to organizations and brands that share in this belief. 

The Partnership Services Manager position will lead the formulation, administration, and execution of both the NFHS and the NFHS Network marketing, sales, and fulfillment strategies. This includes marketing communication, event logistics, sales support, reporting and analysis, database management, and other initiatives that further the goals of the NFHS and the NFHS Network. The Partnership Services Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will serve an integral role in the operations of the business.


  • Assisting with sponsorship meetings and bringing sponsorship visions to life
  • Lead client service, ideation, sales operations and activation efforts for the NFHS and NFHS Network 
  • Act as the liaison for the NFHS execution team 
  • Establish framework, office structure and assignment of duties including, but not limited to: client outreach initiatives, digital and social media coordination, client and property PR, graphic design, proposal/proof of performance/contract development, research, management and tracking of inventory, event activation and fulfillment oversight
  • Fulfillment of sponsorships for corporate partners (events, digital, social media, print, etc.)
  • Identify & concept ideas for existing & potential corporate partners
  • Managing inventory, including:  coordinating with sales executives on inventory availability; supporting on client presentation materials; managing towards creative deadlines 
  • Work within the TPG’s CRM system and maintain records of all accounts and prospects.
  • Conduct yourself in way that demonstrates a strong commitment to team collaboration and success
  • Become the expert on the NFHS and the NFHS Network, acting as the liaison between corporate partners, out of property staff and the NFHS team
  • Maintain flexible work hours including events that may occur on weeknights or weekends
  • Office and administrative support

  • Attention to detail 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
