What We Seek...

We are looking for a Client Advisor to generate and sustain long-lasting relationships with our clients for the Foam 3D Product line. The Foam Division creates large event and experiential displays using CNC machinery and a team of sculptors to bring creative visions to life! Through referrals, incoming lead follow-ups, and the deepening of current client relationships, you will measure success by meeting your sales revenue goals and quota.  As the Foam 3D Client Advisor, you will handle both your own book of business, and support the current sales team with estimating for the Foam Product line. 

Britten has become a trusted partner of some of the worlds’ best known and most discerning brands with Foam projects for clients including the Cincinnati Bengals, Fendi, TCU, University of Michigan, Kraft, and SIMON Shopping Centers.  We also integrate foam into massive company-wide projects that bring large-scale activations to life at stadiums and venues.

Job  Summary and Job Functions

  • Communicate effectively with clients by making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads
  • Work together, as part of an inclusive team, to meet and exceed individual & company sales goals
  • Estimate and support Client Services and Events team with leads that integrate Foam 3D
  • Listen and ask questions to understand customer needs while identifying sales opportunities
  • Communicate with the Marketing department on new tactics for lead generation
  • Generate ideas for new product and market development
  • Remain informed on market trends to stay competitive and drive new sale opportunities to clients
  • Routine follow-up with clients on existing quotes and leads

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with proven sales experience
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools; Salesforce preferred
  • Understand and follow department standards and processes with attention to detail
  • Highly effective in prioritizing prospects to ensure time is focused on highest potential leads
  • Ability to respond to the customer in a professional and timely manner and convert prospects to lifelong customers
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills
