Position Description

  • See tenants that come in (all day activity)
  • Read ledgers
  • Accept rent checks and code when necessary
  • Make sure lease renewals are properly signed
  • Scan leases and renewals to Yardi tenant page
  • Coordinate with APM scheduling minor repairs – ie – paint, exterminator
  • Answer all phone calls
  • Be able to handle tasks listed above, same as when tenants come to office
  • File appropriately
  • Alert APM and PM of any move outs in our buildings
  • Make Work Orders and Purchase Orders for all our employees and send to them/their on site staff – document in Yardi
Requirements
  • Must highly organized and excellent at following up
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish is preferable)
  • Yardi experience is a plus.
