Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. The Senior Project Manager is required to interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. 


  • 5-7-years or more of Architectural, Engineering, or Construction Project Management Experience
  • Proven track record of delivering large projects on-time and under budget 
  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Knowledge of Project Management processes, such as Waterfall, Scrum and Agile
  • Communication and presentation skills and the ability effectively communicate with our
  • clients and teammates
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and management activities
  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • Understanding of contract types and basic project invoicing principles and practices
  • Ability to coordinate effectively when multiple project priorities are in conflict and
  • provide viable solutions to internal and external customers
  • Recognize “scope creep” and work with sales representatives and the client to administer
  • change orders when needed

Essential Functions

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and experience with other scheduling
  • Software (NetSuite experience preferred)
  • Interact with sales team, technical team, and management to successfully manage, track,
  • and deliver projects
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Provide accounting with billing instructions based on contract and progress of project.
  • Develop project schedules and provide monthly projections of project progress and
  • invoicing amounts anticipated
  • Maintain consistent and timely communication with the customer and with the internal
  • U.S. CAD team
  • Coordinate with scheduling administration to ensure team availability and work with
  • Project Director to prioritize deliverables based on workload
  • Ability to generate cost estimates and scope language to prepare and deliver proposals.
  • Establish a high level of confidence with U.S. CAD accounts, maintaining a strong
  • customer service commitment to accounts of all sizes
  • Complete weekly accounting of time through entry of digital timesheets
  • Maintain a good working attitude and a desire to be a key member of the U.S. CAD team
  • and make a difference in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Industry
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be required to effectively support the needs of
  • our customers, Autodesk, and U.S. CAD
