Description

Markraft Cabinets is adding to the Order Generation and Estimating Team.

Job Summary

The primary function of Order Generation/Estimating is to provide administrative support to the Project Managers to ensure jobs are completed as efficiently and timely as practical. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Pricing/Quoting jobs per drawings from project managers
  • Preparing all necessary paperwork for a complete order
  • Preparing installation packages
  • Supporting PM's with inquiries, tracking materials/specs and gathering customer specifications and selections
  • Process and track parts to finish orders
  • Making revisions to initial drawings and designs from sales representative
  • Track and process job completion certificates
  • Assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as directed
  • Estimating and 20/20 Design 

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Excellent computer skills
  • 20/20 experience a plus 

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit a computer monitor for long periods throughout the day

  • Office Environment
  • May have to meet tight deadlines
