RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing annual financial statement audit and quarterly accounting close for management company
  • Prepare and maintain all books and records for the corporate entities.
  • Managing tax compliance and reporting for management company and general partner entities
  • Prepare all yearend work papers and help in preparation of corporate tax returns.
  • Preparing the annual operating budget, maintaining a rolling five-year business plan, and providing monthly updates to the CFO including variance commentary and reforecasting
  • Managing banking relationships including financial covenant reporting
  • Assist with the treasury functions of the company
  • Coordinating the expense reporting systems and reimbursements as needed
  • Coordinating with IT to rollout an electronic workflow solution
  • Rebuilding and maintaining the corporate budget model within Excel
  • Assist with creating and maintaining corporate policies and procedures, including the corporate travel and expense policy
  • Prepare and maintain all books and records for the corporate entities.
  • Issue monthly corporate financial statements in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Responsible for billing and collections of all management fees and development fees
  • Invoice all corporate reimbursements, including salary. 
  • Preparing ad-hoc reporting as requested by CFO
  • Assist CFO in any special project that arise.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
