The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for partnering with the business and operation teams to plan and execute product enhancements for Newfi’s broker portal, consumer portal, and other systems throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering feedback from internal staff and clients, prioritizing product improvements, communicating business needs to development teams, ensuring development meets the needs of all stakeholders, and delivering a complete solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather feedback from Operations, Clients, Sales, and Compliance to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define product strategy and build product roadmaps.
  • Prioritize features and improvements.
  • Identify and document business requirements.
  • Create technical specifications for development teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams during the development process.
  • Perform final testing and documentation of features prior to release.
  • Work with external vendors to assess potential partnerships and manage integration implementation.


  • 2+ years’ experience in the Mortgage Lending industry.
  • Recent experience in the Product Management capacity preferred.
  • Experience in Powershell, Python, or other scripting languages preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field preferred.
  • Comfort with managing quick-shifting priorities and navigating ambiguous problem areas.
  • Skilled at maintaining solid organizational and follow-up practices.
