We’re looking for a savvy social creator to join our team of experts. In this role you’ll support our marketing team through social content creation, including researching, concepting, copywriting, and visual content development with a social-first lens.


  • Brainstorm and conceptualize of-the-moment memes and social posts for agency clients (“Daily Trending Content”).
  • Draft social post copy for a variety of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, etc.).
  • Research and identify social media influencers and UGC (user-generated content) relevant for specific brands or campaigns.
  • Collaborate with in-house strategists, copywriters, designers, and videographers to identify social-first video solutions that achieve business objectives.
  • Create quick, punchy video and motion graphic content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok using platforms and apps like Canva and InStories
  • Edit video footage into sequence while inputting music, dialogue, graphics, effects, etc. using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop.
  • Compress and prepare videos for various usage


  • Loves to write and cand do so quickly, concisely, and in a socially relevant tone of voice (“speaks Internet culture” and can convey that through fun and funny copy)
  • Enjoys creating video content for social media, especially Reels and TikToks
  • Takes pride and ownership in their work but welcomes feedback
  • Regularly uses Instagram, TikTok, BeReal, and Twitter
  • Understands the importance of proofreading
  • Is impeccably organized and takes ownership over tasks and deadlines
  • Thinks proactively, whether in the questions they ask or anticipating the needs of a project
  • Proficient in video and photo editing
  • Recent graduates or fourth-year students pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Communication or English
  • Keen ability to create large volumes of content designed for use on social media
  • Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm)
