The Band Programs Recruiting Coordinator and GA reports to the Director of Bands, working closely with the Office of Admissions. The GA functions as a liaison between the band program and the enrollment management team, with an emphasis on recruiting for the marching band; takes a lead role for the band program in recruiting initiatives and events; and maintains up-to-date knowledge of aspects of the University including upcoming events, activities, financial aid and housing issues, as well as important recruitment goals and expectations. The GA will also play a role in supporting the entire wind band program at Greenville University, to include but not limited to marching band, jazz band, and concert band. The successful candidate must be able to work flexible and varied hours.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required. Must be enrolled in a Greenville University graduate program. Experience in band as well as recruitment, marketing, retail or other business environments is preferred.
