Vector Solutions is looking for a high performing Sales Solutions Engineer who will be responsible for effectively demonstrating Vector Solutions products, designing and implementing successful integration plans for our clients. As the primary point of contact for customized client integrations, the Sales Solutions Engineer will take the lead in creating and demonstrating customized integration options and solutions for existing and prospective clients. As a Sales Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with other departments to create the solution design, proposal development and project managing the integration. The Sales Solutions Engineer role is a client facing role that requires superior skills in communication, presentation and project management. In addition, this role will have internal Sales training responsibilities. 


 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Proficiently demonstrate the Learning  Management System (LMS) and training solutions as well as integration options 
  • Conduct a needs assessment, determine client requirements and expectations to design and scope client integration plans  
  • Effectively articulate Vector Solutions value proposition and training solutions in response to customer needs 
  • Facilitate Proposal development  
  • Project Management for outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations 
  • Present to Senior Leadership and Executives the customized integration proposal
  • Lead internal Sales training initiatives involving systems (including Salesforce CRM), processes and product

  • Some travel may be needed

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or  other related fields (preferred) and/or a strong, extensive      technology-focused business background
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a technology-focused industry
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience (implementation, sales and/or customer support), preferably involving software solutions or any technology related products
