This position is responsible for managing broker partner relationships as well as client projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee and manage all assigned consulting projects
  • Establish and Manage Client and Broker relationships throughout projects and set proper expectations
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with broker(s) for each project
  • Lead discovery calls to determine client needs
  • Review and collaborate with analyst on all consulting project documents including timeline
  • Communicate with technology providers in the market to stay abreast of their offerings and pricing trends
  • Attend and facilitate demos for projects depending on project demands
  • Review provider agreements on clients’ behalf
  • Oversee and manage implementations as required
  • Attend All Team and Consulting Team Calls
  • Contribute to strategic processes and procedures of the team
  • Manage all issues quickly and professionally
  • Report all escalated issues to the Division Manager and/or upper management
  • Complete job related training courses/seminars as needed
  • Provide reporting updates to internal teams or management
  • Conduct regularly scheduled broker catch up calls
  • Be aware of broker activity and escalate when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 year experience with system project management
  • 1 year experience with HR Technology solutions
