Sr Marketing Specialist
Description

As part of the marketing department, the Senior Marketing Specialist supports the strategy development and day-to-day execution of brand building and marketing initiatives, including but not limited to media/advertising, social media, website maintenance, email marketing, content development and performance reporting. 


The Senior Marketing Specialist will work closely with other members of the marketing team and other departments to coordinate efforts. The Senior Marketing Specialist may also work with other third-party service providers and support staff for marketing-related technologies such as Hubspot. Strong communication and problem-solving skills required. 


· Support the Marketing Director in overall strategy development to build awareness for La Macchia Group.

· Assists in maintaining La Macchia Group website, including updating content (blogs, project listings, company information, etc.) and supporting website quality/accessibility enhancements and upgrades as needed, becoming proficient with Hubspot and related programs.

· Responsible for creating content deployed through various marketing channels, including but not limited to print, digital and video formats. Collaborate with Sales to plan overall content marketing plan to ensure relevance and impact. Lead content development projects for marketing campaigns based on the plan that is developed, leveraging Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and other programs or third-party partners.


· Design marketing content for social media channels, collateral, signage, or related elements 

· Manage social media content development and execution communicating key campaigns, industry events, client activity and organization-specific updates with the aim of increasing brand awareness, engagement and followers.  

· Act as a steward of the La Macchia Group brand, ensuring brand standards are upheld and helping others to do the same.

· Support internal communications as needed. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Education Bachelors’ degree in Marketing/Communications or related field

Experience and/or Training Minimum of 4 years marketing experience


Preferred qualifications: 

Education Marketing or Communications

Experience and/or Training Experience in B2B marketing or other communications-centric role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite and Adobe Creative suite, experience with email or CMS platforms a plus. Experience with professional writing and/or presentation development a plus. 

Licenses/Certificates Hubspot certification a plus

Technology/Equipment Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Hubspot or similar CMS platform preferred.
