H2 Health is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work at our H2 Health Prime Living Division. Therapists must be willing to treat patients in senior living communities in Gainesville and surrounding areas.
This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs. As an H2 Health employee, you will have first opportunity to transition among multiple settings including one of our senior living communities, rehabilitation clinics, industrial sites, or work with our home health partners.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Experience: Prior experience in Occupational Therapy is preferred; however, newly licensed occupational therapists will be considered.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
- NBCOT Certification
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have reliable transportation and commit to driving between the 2 locations
- Must be comfortable providing in-home visits or senior communities
- Must pass required background checks
Facility Hours: Monday - Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM flexible schedule
Compensation: Per visit pay, hourly or salary options available, Commensurate with experience
