We are currently looking for an innovative self-starter wanting to grow with our sports experience organization. The Manager in Training program is a blended-learning, multi-week program focused on immersing an individual in all aspects of turnkey tailgating and event operations. The goal of this program is to train and prepare future managers and leaders of our organization by equipping and teaching you from the ground up.


Primary duties to include, but are not limited to, the following:

Production and Operations Initiatives

  • Help assigned sub-region to achieve production KPIs in the following areas:
  1. Property Health Inspections and Performance
  2. Fleet Maintenance
  3. Inventory Record Accuracy
  4.  Labor Budget Performance
  • Develop and maintain production-related documents for each sub-region, including:
  1. Production Plans
  2. Six Week Plans
  3. Preseason Checklists
  4. Inventory Cycle Counts
  • Become proficient in Tapgoods (Web-based inventory management platform), as well as Smartsheet and other programs
  • Support Regional Production Director to assist with the flow of information between the sales generating roles and local production staff
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Day-to-day supervision of all production positions within assigned sub-region
  • Oversight of Coordination Meetings
  • Assist Regional Production Director with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and development of production positions at property level

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
  • A valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Direct customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Industry related experience in hospitality, sports management and/or event management
