The Digital Advertising Coordinator supports the Advertising Team in implementing, optimizing, and reporting on online advertising for our nonprofit client roster. The Online Advertising Coordinator works closely with the Advertising Team and the Client Service team to run online email acquisition and fundraising campaigns that raise awareness, recruit supporters, and raise money.  


  • Assist in the execution and analysis of online advertising campaigns
  • Manage workflow between the ads team and other stakeholders (design, development, and client services team)
  • Work in advertising tools to implement and optimize digital advertising campaign across all clients. This includes display/retargeting, video, mobile, SEM, and Facebook advertising
  • Place and monitor media buys—report results to Ads Manager/Ad Strategist with recommendations to optimize results
  • Evaluate digital advertising performance—produce detailed monthly reports on campaigns
  • Project management: maintain task lists, meeting agendas and notes, and campaign calendars across our clients
  • Participate in client strategy, media planning, and result analysis meetings
  • Research new advertising venues and stay abreast of online advertising trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners
  • Research new advertising venues and stay attuned to online advertising trends 


While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly operates a computer and other office equipment and remains in a stationary position, often sitting (or standing if at a standing desk) for prolonged periods; communication is via email, chat, phone, video, and/or in-person with others inside and outside the agency in order to exchange information; repetitive motions may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers in order to operate computer equipment, copy machines, and printers.   • 1 years of experience in the following areas:   Dedicated digital advertising role, focused on media buying
  • Experience with all aspects of ad campaign management: campaign setup, ad trafficking, optimization, and reporting and analysis
  • Working knowledge and understanding of display, paid social, paid search
  • Basic understanding of pixel and pixel management
  • Basic understanding of Google Grant management
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze data in reporting systems such as excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A starting salary range of between $50,000 - $55,000, with performance evaluations and review of salary at least annually

Our Working Locations:

This is a full-time position working from one of the states in which we operate, including California, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, and Washington state.
