 Choisys Technology is seeking multiple candidates for an Information Advantage Instructor Writer position in the Fort Gordon area. The position requires a candidate to have a TS/SCI Clearance. 


  •  The Instructor/Writer shall create government owned training, provide classroom support, participate in operational tests, training material validation, and provide effective training IAW established programs of instruction (POI), the Master Training Plan (MTP), Army Learning Concept (ALC), USCYBERCOM J7, National Cryptologic Training System (NSA standards per DoDI 3305.09), and DoD Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (i.e.DoD 8570 or 8140) training standards.
  • Perform services at Fort Gordon or via distance learning/ virtually and at other locations determined by training requirements and events; and perform training, receive training, attend workshops, coordinate with external organizations as authorized, present at conferences, or assess training events as determined by this PWS and the COR.
  • Collaborate with current government personnel to establish acceptable training practices and student evaluation criteria.
  • Periodically review classroom training materials such as student handouts, lesson plans, slides, and practical exercises for accuracy and adequacy.
  • Instruct Information Advantage Activities: Instructors shall instruct Cyber Operations, Electromagnetic Warfare Operations, Electromagnetic Attack Mission Planning (Terrestrial or Aerial), Electromagnetic Warfare Support Mission Planning (Terrestrial or Aerial), Electromagnetic Protect Mission Planning, Defensive Electromagnetic Attack Systems Planning and Integration, Cyber Electromagnetic Activities, Information Operations and Information Advantage in the context of Multi-Domain Operations and Large Scale Combat Operations.
Requirements
  • Must have US Citizenship.
  • Must have experience within the United States Army Maneuver, Fire, and Effects field (11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19), MOS or Functional Area 29 or 30 with 24 months Brigade Combat Team or Division level experience (may have 24 months experience one level down (battalion), one level up (corps) or SOF if resume reflects areas of knowledge that are equivalent) or MOS 25, 29 or 35 with 5 years total of Brigade Combat Team experience, serving in leadership positions as an Officer, Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) or Warrant Officer (WO). Individual will have achieved the grade of E8 for NCOs, WO3 for Warrant Officers and O3 for commissioned officers,
  • Must have graduated from Senior Leader Course, Captains Career Course, or Warrant Officer Advanced Course (or equivalent).
  • Have 2 (two) years of experience, within the last 5 (five) years, in Information Advantage core tasks (Enabling Decision Making, Protecting Friendly Information, Informing Domestic Audiences, Informing and Influencing International Audiences, and Conducting Information Warfare).
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any specialty
  • In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, a minimum of 3 (three) additional years of experience.
