Choisys Technology is seeking an Office Administrator with the following skills in Ashburn, VA.

  • Provide administrative support such as ordering supplies, copying, faxing, distributing mail, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership. 
  • Perform clerical functions such as calendar management, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls.
  • Prepare professional business communication documents to include emails and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain business relationships with leadership and administrative staff across the organization.
  • Perform review, editing, and formatting of documentation.
  • Coordinate information requests and task management efforts.
  • Track and monitor program support activities and deliverables.
  • Organize and provide logistical support to meetings and events involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain historical information through a properly maintained administrative records system (SharePoint). 
  • Searches employee files, scans and emails information. 
  • Scans and emails faxes to staff.  
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of Administrative experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
