Education: Associate degree, or equivalent experience

Registration: None required

Experience: Not less than 5 years in Staff Recruitment.  


  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations talent hiring strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, and assist the Human Resources Team Leader with retention.
  • Develop talent recruiting procedures and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Evaluate and recommend effective recruiting software.
  • Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Manages the talent recruiting process at all levels and departments through the entire process.
  • Candidate identification and recruitment for specific positions.
  • Conducts reference and background checks on applicants and communicates with job applicants on the status of their applications.
  • Advise managers conducting interviews of proper interviewing methods.
  • Assist the Human Resources Team Leader with scheduling new hire drug testing.  
  • Assist the Human Resources Team Leader with on-boarding of qualified job applicants.
  • Assist Human Resources Team Leader on Intern Program.
  • Schedule, maintain, and attend college job fairs for interns and full-time hires.
  • Lead Intern identification for potential full-time hire and transition qualified candidates to open full time employment.  
  • Recommend continuing education training.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Able to work seated for 9 or more hours per workday.

Able to work 40 or more hours per work week, as needed.

Able to work evenings based on afterwork recruiting communications, as needed.  

Able to travel throughout Indiana including overnight stays.
