JOB SUMMARY 


The role of Account Coordinator is responsible for interpreting homebuyer selections for upcoming jobs.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Review and enter builders’ selected options.
  • Confirm job materials.
  • Obtain and organize installation drawings.
  • Verify accurate billing, and request revisions as needed.
  • Communicate with customers regarding job specifications.
  • Coordinate order details between builders, designers, and installers.
  • Review pricing agreements.
  • Demonstrate understanding of strategic orientation – see the big picture.
  • Understand the goals, priorities, and strategies of a job, in relation to the customer.
  • Prioritize work accordingly.
  • Implement effective processes and procedures for both self and others.
  • Improve existing processes, make adjustments, and recommended improvements, as needed.
  • Problem solve and make decisions using critical analysis, related experience, and logical discernment.
  • Assess needs on a continual basis and anticipate problems in order to enact prompt solutions.
  • Prioritize open items to meet deadlines.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Related experience and knowledge of flooring preferred
  • Previous experience with reading and interpreting construction blueprints
  • Proficient with Excel (Including Pivot tables, V Lookup, & formulas)
  • Multiple years of Data Entry experience
  • RFMS experience
  • Accounting experience
  • Order Processing experience

  • Overnight travel by car and/or air may be required on occasion.
