Catania Oils is a fourth-generation family owed manufacturer of plant based cooking oil. As an industry leader with a notable national presence, Catania Oils is proud to be one of the largest manufacturers in Ayer and is the largest manufacturer of plant-based oils in the Northeast. The Company has enjoyed being part of the Ayer community for more than 26 years. Our expanding sales and facility has created the need for an Executive Assistant to support our President and Senior Staff.
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the President, Senior Staff and/or other assigned leadership staff.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents as required.
Proofreads documents and may create PowerPoint presentations for company meetings and other events.
Arranges lunches, travel, and accommodations for select staff.
Assists with event planning and coordination of rooms and other material needed.
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of president and senior staff, taking notes and recording minutes.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies.
May screen phone calls and greet visitors upon entry to the facility.
Performs other related duties as assigned

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and function well assisting a team of senior staff members
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new or updated software.
