Description
Position Summary: Performs diversified duties in the processing, monitoring and maintaining of all employee records.
Pay rate $13/hr
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties
- Onboarding of new hires
- Job Postings
- Sending training checklists and videos to new hires and promoted employees
- Check references for potential candidates as needed
- Run background checks
- Process disciplinary action forms
- Process hourly associate performance reviews
- Assist in verifying payroll
- Employment verification letters
- Assist with warehouse processors recruiting and orientation
- Prepare Purchase Orders for department supplies
- Prepare and send birthday cards – monthly
- Prepare and send anniversary certificates – monthly
Requirements
Skills/Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment
- Ability to work with people at any level
- Team Player and ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Preferred but not required: Bilingual (Spanish /English)
- Strong organization skills
- Able to prioritize projects and multitask while maintaining high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn human resource information system (currently using Paylocity)
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
