Description

Position Summary: Performs diversified duties in the processing, monitoring and maintaining of all employee records.


Pay rate $13/hr

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist duties
  • Onboarding of new hires
  • Job Postings
  • Sending training checklists and videos to new hires and promoted employees
  • Check references for potential candidates as needed
  • Run background checks
  • Process disciplinary action forms
  • Process hourly associate performance reviews
  • Assist in verifying payroll
  • Employment verification letters
  • Assist with warehouse processors recruiting and orientation
  • Prepare Purchase Orders for department supplies
  • Prepare and send birthday cards – monthly
  • Prepare and send anniversary certificates – monthly
Requirements

Skills/Experience:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment
  • Ability to work with people at any level
  • Team Player and ability to work in a fast paced work environment
  • Preferred but not required: Bilingual (Spanish /English)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Able to prioritize projects and multitask while maintaining high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn human resource information system (currently using Paylocity)

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
