The Process Technician possesses direct responsibility for ensuring the process is in control and product is manufactured in a high quality and efficient manner. This position reflects a progression to multiple areas of process responsibility i.e. forming through finishing. This person will provide daily technical support as a member of the engineering and production teams in both the forming area and a back end (drying, oven, activation, assembly) process. In addition, the Process Technician will be a vital communication link between their department and the other organizations within the company

This position is very active and requires standing, walking bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing stairs/ladders. The employee must be able to lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds.
