About the position
We are currently seeking an Electrical Design Intern to add to our Denver, CO team! Within our office located in the Denver Tech Center, the Electrical Engineer Intern assists in electrical design calculations such as low/high power distribution systems, lighting, security/fire systems, data/telecommunications systems, etc. This role will also assist in the coordination of projects with other disciplines and project consultants, applies standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjusts and correlates data, recognizes discrepancies in results, and follows operations through a series of related and detailed steps of processes.
- Must be currently enrolled and entering Junior year or higher of undergraduate degree, or currently enrolled in Master program.
- Must be pursuing a relevant degree.
- Previous internship experience a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of Revit, Adobe products, or AutoCAD programs preferred.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work culture.
Galloway offers all internships regardless of location a rate of $20 per hour. Galloway, in most cases, intends to move Interns into a full-time role after meeting their graduation requirements.
