  Essential Functions

· Manage orders using an in-house deer processing software, yet excels at pen-and-paper orders

· Assists within the processing room as needed to help orders attain a fast status.

· Contacts customers to address any questions or inform status updates of orders, while maintaining a positive attitude.

· Maintains inventory levels of various raw ingredients and packaging goods

· Allocates supplies on the production floor to keep production moving

· Coordinates unloading of received goods and transfers from other suppliers or our other production plant

· Will conduct Pre-Op inspection so the room starts at the correct designated times

· Be willing to work well with others and maintain a positive and professional attitude

· Assists the production managers with day-to-day activities which will vary

· Accomplishes other tasks deemed by the production supervisors on-site

Education, Knowledge and Experience

- Possess a thorough overall knowledge of all value-added products, i.e., quality and ingredients

- Basic knowledge of technologically based equipment

- Ability to understand and use all needed machinery

Physical and Other Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds

- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, squat, reach overheard and side-to-side for an extended period of time

- Must be able to move safely around equipment and possess dexterity in hands and fingers

- As dictated by business and need, must be able to work extended hours and varying work schedule
