H2 Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our H2 Health @ Columbia outpatient clinic located in Columbia, KY, but will also service our other locations in SKOR, Horse Cave, Edmonton, and Glasgow when needed it. 

Our ideal candidate will have experience treating and evaluating patients with primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting 
• Must pass required background checks 

Facility Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: Commensurate with experience with a $7,500 sign-on bonus
