Responsibilities: 

• Proactively Communicating with Clients. 
• Management and Quality Control for service teams to ensure we exceed client expectations. 
• Enhancement Sales on existing properties. 
• Training and Management to help teams hit quality and efficiency goals
• Fostering a culture where both the clients and team members are valued and appreciated.
• Employee Development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service.
   

Requirements:

• A landscape professional with a positive and engaging personality.
• 2-5 years of prior experience with a professional landscape service company.
• Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience is a plus.
• Passion for hitting goals and exceeding expectations.
• Superb communication skills
