Administrative Assistant

OpenLoop is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our HQ team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role will be a member of the Administration Team and responsible for creating a welcoming and positive environment for guests and employees.

About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage office inventory such as snacks, coffee, and supplies
  • Answer phone calls, taking messages as necessary
  • Distribute office mail, forwarding to remote team members as applicable
  • Manage team member calendars practically and efficiently
  • Anticipate office needs using creative decision making and independent judgement
  • Plan and manage travel arrangements for team members
  • Perform other basic to moderately complex administrative tasks as needed

  • Associate’s degree or 2 years experience in an Assistant role
  • Working knowledge of the Google Suite of Apps
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and execute against tight deadlines
  • Team player who can clearly communicate and pitch in across the organization
  • Self starter and problem solver under pressure
