Our Card Controls work in a fast-paced casino/cardroom environment at Silicon Valley’s premier 24/7 entertainment destination. Casino M8trix is looking for motivated and energetic professionals to join our Card Control team, helping us take our customer satisfaction to the next level of excellence.
This position inspects, counts and sorts all cards and tiles for the Casino M8trix gaming floor.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- MINIMUM of 1 year customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Vibrant, outgoing, confident and positive attitude
- Professional "go-getter" who understands what it takes to provide exceptional guest service
- Trustworthy, strong work ethic and integrity
- Works well under pressure
- At least 21 years of age or over
- Pass background checks
- Speak English fluently and coherently (Bilingual is a plus)
- Must have open availability and flexible working hours. We are open 24/7.
Work Hours and Availability:
Casino M8trix is hiring for Graveyard Shift (1:00AM to 9:00AM).
This is a full-time position. Must be available to on weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting compensation is $16.20 hourly, plus tips. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees including: paid time off, medical, vision, and dental insurance and a 25% employee discount on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Casino M8trix merchandise.
