Position Summary: Manufacturing Team Members are responsible for the day-to-day production of Fluoropolymer products. Adhering to prescribed work instructions, performing inspection of completed parts through visual inspection and the use of measuring instruments for quality assurance. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Produce Fluoropolymer products in a fast-paced environment, achieving established production levels
  • Prepare work to be accomplished by studying work instructions, specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Be attentive to detail in an effort to product quality product in an efficient manner 
  • Follow established rules and regulations  
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Exceptional eye hand coordination
  • Able to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
  • Able to work quickly and methodically
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel 
  • Ability to frequently walk, reach within hands and arm’s length, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • The team member is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes
  • Team members are subjected to extreme heat. Temperatures above 90°F for periods of more than one hour.
