We are looking enthusiastic Food and Beverage team members who can provide an excellent guest purchasing experience in our Chalet. If you love interacting with guests and helping them get the grubs and drink they want and need, this could be the right position for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Cash register operations
  • Bussing tables
  • Washing dishes
  • Stocking inventory items
  • Cleaning dining spaces
  • Other assigned duties as needed
  • Greet and interact with every guest that comes to or passes by the chalet
  • Determine customer needs to ensure all guests purchase the correct items
  • Operate the Point of Sales system
  • Open and close cash register as needed
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Restock and replenish bar and food inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements
  • Able to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluently
  • Able to communicate clearly, calmly and effectively with guests
  • Able to stand for long periods of time of excess of 4-6 hours without sitting
  • Ability to lift or move 25 lbs
  • Must enjoy working with the public and have strong people skills and etiquette
  • Must have a strong work ethic and able to help lead F&B staff by example
  • Must have basic computer and cash handling skills
  • Ability to be trained on and become proficient in Point of Sales System
  • Proven working experience as a bartender preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar and restaurant organized, stocked and clean
Salary Description
$11.00 Per Hour
