The Lights of Christmas is a Holiday experience like no other! Located in Stanwood, WA, The Lights of Christmas is an innovative and convenient experience for families in the Pacific Northwest. Spectacular lights, dazzling displays, creative activities, and so much more make up this memorable Christmas experience for people of all ages. Listen to fun Christmas music while you comfortably drive through in your car. Guests may stop and have some fun at one of the two activity stops along the event route! Enjoy our cinnamon sugared donuts and kettle corn and partake in the merriest and brightest Christmas event around! 

The event is open November 24th through December 30, 2023. And positions will include traffic control/parking, venue hospitality, cashiers, costume characters and concessions (sell and deliver those amazing donuts)!  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Demonstrate great customer service and Christ-like hospitality.
  2. Be flexible and willing to assist in many areas of the event as needs arise.
  3. Assist in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for each guest that you interact with or that drives through your area during the event.
  4. Be alert and responsible to the duties as assigned by the event Leadership.

SPECIFICS & COMPESNATION: Pay rate will start at $16.50/hour. Position starts November 20, 2023 with training and event runs through December 30, 2023. This is a part-time seasonal position and hours may range from 5-40 hours a week, with shifts being late afternoon through evenings (4-10pm) and primarily over the weekends (Thursday-Sunday).

The Lights of Christmas is an event that Warm Beach Camp provides to our greater community during the Christmas season. At Warm Beach Christian Camps and Conference Center, we exist to provide Christ-centered environments, experiences and resources to draw people to God through camping ministries, conferences and events. 


General Description: The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Lights of Christmas (LOC) event, from filling needs in traffic control/parking, admissions, concessions, retail, providing dinner breaks etc. This position will range in the duties and support being provided based on skills, experience, availability and current needs at the time. Most positions will be outdoors with some indoors and mostly all standing or walking for the duration of the shift. Weekend and evening availability will be a must.

General Qualifications: The standard qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp staff is being willing and able in good conscience to support our statement of faith, values and mission as an Evangelical Christian, non-profit ministry. We are looking for people who are willing and able to assist as needed each evening, is teachable and willing to learn and great customer service.
