Rhino Sports & Entertainment Services is a staffing division of the newly formed REVELxp. We now provide service to over 50 clients in 23 states. We provide customized levels of service across all areas of our clients' venues and provide them with the best service in the industry. We are looking for a reliable Onboarding Coordinator. They must be self-motivated and experienced with some knowledge of HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering employment records into our HR database and will need to be trustworthy as well as have the utmost confidentiality.


Responsibilities:

  • Enter employment data into computer database 
  • Assist with filing and organizing of personnel records 
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 
  • Enter information into our background site to order backgrounds 
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements

Skills:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail 
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 
  • Familiarity with office management procedures 
  • Solid understanding of MS Office with Excel


Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration related preferred
  • At least 2+ years of human resource experience required


Physical/Travel Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
  • Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds to ship packages a few times a year 
  • Travel to account locations is a possibility throughout the year
