NRF has an excellent opportunity on its HR team.  The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of activities supporting HR’s day-to-day efforts. Individual will also serve as an administrative resource to the Accounting and IT departments. 

  • Provide confidential administrative and special project support for all Human Resources functions
  • Serve as records manager for all human resource files and personnel documents
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, which include conducting prescreens, reference, and background checks 
  • Support new hire onboarding process; prepare, deliver and collect new hire materials, coordinate new hire orientation schedule and track new hire goal submissions
  • Provide administrative and special project support to IT and Accounting 
  • Provide excellent service to all NRF employees; work to resolve matters in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Support diversity, equity and inclusion project-related activities, including internal and external communications, meetings and logistics coordination
  • Maintain HR system; manage data entry, reporting, periodic auditing, and implementation of system enhancements
  • Manage scheduling and logistics coordination for HR interviews, meetings, trainings, and education sessions
  • Support creation and delivery of human resources communications
  • Maintain knowledge of HR related trends, legal changes, and emerging practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • High school diploma with at least three years of administrative support experience (one year of human resources experience preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Familiarity using the Microsoft Office suite or software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience with an HRIS strongly preferred
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate high integrity of discretion and confidentiality when engaging in any matter across the organization 
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with employees at all levels
  • Exceptional team-player with the ability to organize and effectively manage multiple and varied assignments
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, quality and value
  • Ability to travel to support events as needed (up to 5%)
