Operations Specialist

Description

OpenLoop is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our HQ team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role will be a member of the Account Management Team, collaborating closely with the Senior Operations Specialist.


About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize current workplace tools and to create new tools
  • Review system and process optimizations, problem solving until they are fully functional
  • Research medical requirements, administrative codes, and other state requirement details
  • Assist with department organization including but not limited to mail management, calendar management, note taking, and other organizational tasks
  • Assist with daily operational tasks
  • Clear process documentation and refinement
  • Maintain and master new and existing workflow systems
  • Research and present findings on various topics
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • 2+ years of admin, operations, or other business experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Process documentation experience required
  • Able to manage time and projects independently
  • Must be task driven, extremely organized and data-minded
  • Tech saavy, interested and able to learn and dig into multiple systems
  • Experience with workflow management tools (Jira or Asana preferred)
  • Healthcare experience a huge plus!
Salary Description
$45-55k
