We are currently seeking a Sales Effectiveness Leader to join the organization. In this new role you will be responsible for implementing the following:


The sales operations manager will be tasked with implementing potentially profitable short- and long-term programs and processes to optimize work flow, reviewing, proposing, and implementing plans to control budget, labor efficiency, and customer service efficiencies. On a daily basis, central duties include administration, management and continuous improvement/automation of the organization’s CRM, and working with sales leadership to provide custom reporting and visibility into the team’s activities and pipeline. As a critical sales support, this role will also provide assistance in the way of tradeshow logistics, RFPs, building of presentations and the managing of non-revenue generating activities.


A successful candidate for this position will bring a mindset of continuous improvement, data-driven decision making and have a deep understanding of the operations role in driving sales success. Additionally, the Sales Operations Manager will have superior leadership skills, work well with a team, and have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.


Job Responsibilities:



Collaborate with Executive Management, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to analyze and create operational reports and documents


Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes


Provide system administration for the organization’s CRM, Spiro


Develop and maintain project plans and status reports


Assist with the development and maintenance of all contracts and documents required as part of the defined sales process.


Collaborate with sales directors and senior leadership to report on and analyze daily team performance from both and activity and pipeline standpoint


Compose and produce business correspondence, PPT presentations, and related materials


Support the organization’s tradeshow initiatives covering logistics and other requirements


Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; solving problems


Act as a liaison between the sales organization and marketing


Provide assistance and administrative support to the Executive Team as needed from time to time


Complete required reports, assist with the development and maintenance of the company CRM, and provide consistent feedback in order to proactively identify and solve potential issues before they arise


Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and executing on opportunities for sales process enhancement, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, account management, and finance

Requirements

 Job Qualifications

Minimum >3 years related experience in a fast paced Sales, Sales Operations, or similar role

Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, implement them into system and process requirements, and ensure adoption and execution

Results-oriented, conveying a sense of urgency and driving solutions to closure

Ability to own projects from planning to execution

Firm grasp of reporting and process management

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and have a general understanding of CRM systems

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment

Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
