The Product Manager is responsible for the PICKUP Product suite from end to end.
Responsibilities:
· Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by translating business requirements into products and services.
· Craft a roadmap for your areas of ownership. Use data and necessary insights to rally the organization around that plan and define the strategy to deliver on the vision.
· A master collaborator with an innate ability to make things happen, never hesitant to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
· Deliver results in an environment of ambiguity.
· Demonstrate attention to detail, collaborating with the engineering and business teams to make sure product requirements are translated flawlessly into great products.
· Own the product lifecycle for your areas: deliver features, learn from user adoption metrics and feedback, and effectively communicate broadly product strategy, tactics, and operations.??
· Support the design process by creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for the user experience alongside a dedicated Product Designer.
· 2-4 years of experience as a product lead or cross-functional contributor for core platform products and back-end systems.
· 2-4 years of experience with end-to-end product delivery and collaboration with end users, product and design leads, analysts, and engineering teams.
· Experience working with highly technical teams and writing technical user stories.
· Demonstrated ability to engage and influence engineering, product, and business leaders.
· Demonstrated focus on customer value and a deep commitment to creating products that deliver delightful user experiences.?
· Proven experience shipping complex features in consumer or commercial products.
· Obsessed with customers and their problems, working diligently to innovate on their behalf.
· A master collaborator with an innate ability to make things happen, never hesitant to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
· Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and make data-driven decisions.
· Have experience working on supply chain / logistics products.
· Have experience working on ecommerce products and experiences.
· Have experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucid Chart, and Adobe Illustrator.
· Can simultaneously improve existing user experiences while leading efforts to overhaul in the background.
· Track record of delivering business and technology results for complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities
· Can craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy, and 30-60-90 roadmap that your team and the business rallies behind.
· Have a strong analytical mindset and know how to incorporate data into your decision-making process.
