Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead day to day of recruiting team to include Technical Recruiters
  • Assign recruiters to priorities and monitor/adjust throughout the week
  • Hold weekly 1:1 meeting with Recruiters to review individual dashboards
  • Coach/Counsel Technical Recruiters performance
  • Complete Quarterly Check-Ins with Technical Recruiters
  • Complete 90 Day Reviews with Technical Recruiter new hires
  • Interview and train new hires to recruiting team
  • Create and maintain relationships within FlexTrades so can work together on day-to-day items
  • Work with DOR and Marketing on ensuring all open jobs are posted 
  • Execute team building activities (virtual and in-person) by tracking to budget
  • Partner with Associate Technical Recruiting Lead to review potential internal promotions of Associate Technical Recruiter to Technical Recruiter
  • Work closely with Associate Technical Recruiting Lead to discuss best practices and areas for improvement between the two groups 
  • Provide feedback on yearly recruiting team budget for DOR and COO to review 
  • Develop new ideas on how to meet recruiting goals to share with DOR and COO
  • Running team meetings 
  • Be the interfacing main point of contact with our Bullhorn ATS vendor 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4 plus years of recruiting management experience including 2 plus years of recruiting experience 
  • Experienced in managing a fully remote recruiting team
  • Most current/recent experience was as a recruiting manager 
  • Experience managing at least 8 plus high-volume recruiters at various levels of tenure
  • Experience using ATS systems and training recruiters how to use them 
  • Experience holding recruiting metrics and discussion commission with recruiters 
  • Experience with process improvement and change management 
  • Experience working with a budget 
  • Manufacturing staffing experience, preferred 
  • Experience with a travel model of skilled labor technicians, preferred 
  • Experience with Bullhorn, Google Docs, and Microsoft Teams, preferred
