H2 Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) or COTA to work at our Longview Therapy Center outpatient pediatric clinic located in Longview, TX.

Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating primarily the pediatric population and children on the spectrum and with developmental delays. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Experience: Prior experience as an Occupational Therapist or COTA is preferred; however, newly licensed occupational therapists will be considered.


  • Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas
  • NBCOT Certification
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be comfortable working in an outpatient pediatric setting
  • Must pass required background checks

Facility Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM (flexible schedule available)

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
