H2 Health is looking for a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Exercise Science Specialist to serve in our On-site Industrial Clinic testing site in Maryville, OH. The primary function of this position will be performing functional ability testing of new hires under the supervision of a PT. The employee may occasionally treat patients in any of our three Physical Therapy Clinics (Marysville, East Liberty, and Anna). Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required. A comprehensive training and orientation period will be provided, and this will be paid for. We need someone willing to work 10-20 hours per week consistently, and potentially up to 2 Saturdays a month (8 AM to 3 PM).

This position will consist of treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or an accredited college or university. Exercise Specialists must have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or a closely related field.

Experience: Prior experience in outpatient as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred, however, "new grads are welcome!"

  • Exercise Specialists must have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or a closely related field.
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Physical Capability Testing experience is preferred
  • Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting
  • Must pass required background checks

Facility Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Job Type: PRN
