FlexTrades, the nation’s leading provider of manufacturing services, is adding a Talent Acquisition Associate to help support our continued growth! The Talent Acquisition Associate will be an integral part of FlexTrades, working across departments to assess needs, learn the business, and attract top talent to fill a variety of positions in our company. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle internal corporate recruitment process including preparing new employees with initial onboarding for their first day of work.
  • Provide recruiting support and fulfillment of open positions in our Sales, Technical Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing, Project Management, Accounting, and Operations teams. 
  • Conducts strategy-intake meetings with hiring managers; aids with recruitment strategies/planning, must/want criteria, interview/reference questions, best practices, job description development, etc.
  • Sources from a variety of channels, including, but not limited to networking, social media, internet, employee referrals, and other tactics to discover top talent to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conducts initial screen of candidates and makes recommendations for next steps to hiring managers.
  • Coordinates interview schedules with candidates and interview team. Prepares interviewers to follow an effective interview process.
  • Completes reference and background checks, introduces new hires to FlexTrades team, and conducts all recruitment coordination administrative duties as it relates to moving candidates through the recruitment process and onboarding for hired candidates.
  • Leads communication and relationships with recruitment team, hiring managers, and interview teams members involved with assigned jobs open for recruitment. 
  • Provides feedback on applications/candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through the process
  • Acts as primary point of contact with all internal and external candidates from initial contact to offer. 
  • Works with hiring managers and/or senior management to negotiate and make offers of employment.
  • Helps the technical recruiting team with high volume recruiting of skilled labor technicians and engineers as needed 

 

Requirements

 Minimum Required Skills & Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor or Associates degree (will consider 4-plus years of recruiting experience in lieu of degree)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in full life cycle corporate recruiting; staffing agency/RPO experience preferred
  • Highly Self-motivated, accountable, and responsible with time management  
  • Microsoft Office including Teams 
  • Highly proficient with ATS systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly successful in relationship building
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong team player that is highly adaptable and flexible to meet the demands of business
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for in-person and remote positions
  • Demonstrated success coordinating & scheduling remote: phone, video, and in-person interviews with multiple interviewers 
  • Drive and energy; someone who loves the hunt of finding highly qualified candidates to maximize our goal of low attrition rates
  • Strong behavioral based interview skills
  • Experience with CRMs and remote phone systems preferred
