Our Microsoft 365 Support Analyst will support the implementation of all Microsoft 365 technologies available in the Microsoft 365 E5 suite of products. This role will be responsible for evaluating features, planning implementations, and leading the roll-out efforts. The qualified candidate will work closely at times with our Network/Security and System Admin teams and will also participate in providing Tier I/Tier II support to end users along with our Systems Support Analysts. Some project work and end-user training will also be performed. Strong communication skills and excellent customer service are equally important to technical skills and experience.

  • Evaluate / Plan / Implement / Administer Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Azure Active Directory. Technical lead for M365 systems.
  • Provide continued project updates to department managers.
  • Assist the IT Operations Manager with project work as needed and available.
  • Develops and maintains cloud environment documentation and end user training materials as required
  • Continually research new functionality and technologies necessary to properly administer M365 and related Microsoft technologies. Recommend and lead the implementation of new technologies.
  • Work with Network/Security Team to manage M365 governance and compliance
  • Work with employees across the Enterprise in cooperative efforts to disseminate detailed information regarding new and existing technologies with M365.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to promote and enhance use of M365 products and services.
  • Use the M365 Admin portals and PowerShell to modify existing systems to correct errors, adapt to new systems and services, and upgrade administrative components in alignment with industry best practices


What we are looking for…

  • 3-5 years of experience implementing/supporting a Microsoft 365 environment. E5 experience is a plus.
  • Experience administering and supporting a hybrid Azure AD / On-Prem AD hybrid environment (utilizing AD Sync).
  • 2-3 years of working knowledge/experience in core M365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Exchange, Azure AD
  • Experience implementing/administering MDM solutions. 
  • Must demonstrate experience with end-user training.
  • Basic network troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Must be able to participate in / lead projects as assigned and see the projects through to their completion.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Preferred IT Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Microsoft.
