About the Team

As a part time employee, you will report to the IT Manager to help support, manage, and document the underlying infrastructure that runs various services for all business units. 

Schedule: M, W, F or M, Th, F

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support contact for desktop support addressing requests from all employees for issues like phone, Wi-Fi, printing, login, hardware/software, file locations, connectivity.
• Provision & manage core systems, data center & network infrastructure for all locations.
• Document the complex network systems and basic procedures for the company.
• Assist the IT Manager in creating processes and procedures to help streamline the IT department operations.
• Provide end-user training on basic computer, hardware/software, and POS usage.
• Label, inventory, and maintain equipment and infrastructure.
• Basic Project Management

• Must be available to be scheduled to work 3 days a week.
• Some local travel will be required. Must have a valid California Driver’s License.
• Ideal candidate is currently working towards a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
• Basic knowledge of Windows system internals (Windows 10 and 11).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and desktop apps.
• Must be self-motivated and committed to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• The candidate we seek would have the following qualities: Inquisitive nature, natural problem solver, focused on providing solutions.
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
