Physical Therapist Assistant

Position available for Physical Therapist Assistants to join our outpatient orthopedic clinics.

R|O|C Physical Therapy is a community-oriented physical therapy center and our Downtown Gilbert Clinic is looking for a compassionate, caring and driven licensed physical therapist assistant to provide exceptional patient care to patients. Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our physical therapist patients. We utilize a variety of evidence-based treatments and manual physical therapy techniques to create individualized treatment plans focused on helping each patient achieve their specific goals and get back to the things that are important to them. Our work environment offers a great opportunity to provide skilled care to patients in an outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation setting.

  • Implement high quality physical therapy services for patients, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with R|O|C Physical Therapy policies and procedures.
  • Develop physical therapy treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
  • Able to maintain a positive level of interaction with facilities and physical therapy clients. Enhances and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.



Must be a graduate from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited school of physical therapy.

Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
