We are looking for a highly motivated intern (last year student or just graduated still able to sign an internship agreement) to support the evolving priorities of the HR organization that covers EMEA & APAC region. This internship is hybrid, work from home and our office in Neuchâtel.
What You'll Do

  • Provide support to the HR department on various day to day activities and /or projects of the organization for different countries of Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific (EMEA & APAC) 
  •  Support employees on day-to-day queries related to employee’s life cycle from onboarding to offboarding through ticketing system and other channels. 
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to follow up and optimize on processes and/or diverse projects. 
  • Manage employee’s data both by preparing documentation and ensure data accuracy in the respective HRIS and other vendors’ platforms. 
  • Timely follow up on benefits enrollment and withdrawal. 
  • Other ad-hoc activities as priorities may evolve within the department.

Role Requirements

  • A recent graduate (or last year student) of a recognized university (Economy, HR field).
  • You have a strong sense of organization, ability and willingness to apply a hands-on approach to issue resolutions.
  • Very good communication skills, strong ownership and enjoy working in entrepreneurial environment constantly improving and/or creating documents, procedures, etc.
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS-office and other IT tools.
  • Fluent in French and English (any other language is an advantage)
